Watan Ki Mitti

Watan Ki Mitti is an initiative to create a

community-led pamphlet that honours and explores the complex, often overlooked,

narratives of Pakistan and of other lands

that bear many untold stories.

The publication will be accompanied by events & readings in the UK & online.

We will be considering works of original and translated poetry, short essays, fiction, humour, and photography.

• Culture and heritage (include music, food, folklore, humour)
• Identity and home in a world of migrations and conflict
• Rebuilding for the future - peace human rights, unity
